At INC Productions, we specialise in printing services, working between clients and trusted printers to bring high-quality creative projects to life. Whether you're producing a book, magazine, artist catalogue, or game, we act as your project partner from concept to delivery.

We collaborate with artists, designers, publishers, organisations and institutions to navigate the print process, matching each job with the right printer, materials, and production method. With over 30 years of experience, we draw on an extensive network of specialist printers, finishers, and binders across Aotearoa and internationally.

Our role goes far beyond brokering print. We help shape and clarify your brief, co-develop the production plan, and guide you through each stage of design, prepress, print, finishing, and distribution. Our integrated services include e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, retail support, and digital editions, tailored to suit creative and publishing projects of all scales.

We’ve worked on everything from art maps and journals to large-run publications and niche, limited-edition prints. At every stage, we offer hands-on advice and support to make your vision not only achievable but exceptional.

    Stuart Shepherd

    DIRECTOR

    Stuart Shepherd brings more than 30 years of experience in book production and publishing services to his role at INC Productions. He manages client relationships and oversees projects from initial concept through to final delivery, combining technical expertise with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.

    With an entrepreneurial background spanning book and magazine distribution, retailing, business strategy, and hands‑on publishing, Stuart is widely regarded as a go‑to specialist for navigating complex and high‑spec book print jobs. His ability to bring clarity to intricate production challenges, paired with his care for both craft and client, ensures every project meets the highest standards.

    Before establishing INC Productions in 2023, Stuart served as an Account Manager at Soar Print and SCG, where he strengthened his expertise in managing major print and production accounts. Today, INC Productions specialises in marketing and managing printing services, partnering with print providers in both New Zealand and offshore markets to bring high‑quality creative projects to life.
