PRICE & AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed in our online store are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD). Prices are inclusive of New Zealand government goods and services tax, (GST), of 15%.
Price, availability and product details listed on our website are subject to change or be updated at any time. Please note this when ordering a book that is not currently in stock.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed once credit card authorisation has cleared or payment has been received in full. Orders are usually processed Monday–Friday.

We ship to New Zealand and Australia only. If you would like to arrange a bulk order for international delivery, please contact us to discuss a quote.

Orders are typically shipped via New Zealand Post, CourierPost, Post Haste, or other courier services and usually arrive within 3 business days after you receive an email notification confirming dispatch. Products in stock are shipped within 3–5 business days. We will advise on delivery times for items on backorder.

REFUND POLICY

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so, please choose carefully and pay attention to the item’s stock level. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Goods are faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act to provide a remedy. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If the item you have purchased online is no longer available due to stock error, theft or damage, we will offer to send you a new copy or provide a refund.

SECURITY

We use Stripe, a secure, hosted payment processor, to handle all online orders. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in a fully secure environment, providing a safe and efficient online shopping experience.
