Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

2. Submission Requirements
Entry is free and must be submitted via the official submission form by the stated deadline. Each entrant may submit one entry.

Submitted files must meet the supplied artwork specifications:

  • PDF format

  • CMYK colour profile

  • 300 DPI

  • Dimensions: 180 × 240mm plus 3mm trim and bleed

  • File must be labelled with the entrant’s name and artwork title

Entries that do not meet these specifications may be disqualified or deemed unsuitable for printing.

3. Original Work & Copyright
All submitted work must be original. Entrants confirm they are the creator of the work and hold full copyright and all necessary rights to submit it.

4. Selection & Judging
This is a judged competition. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts. Judges’ decision is final.

5. Optional Printing Service

Entrants may order printed copies of their submitted artwork at $20 each.
This is an optional, paid service available to all entrants and is separate from the judging process.
Printed copies are produced only where payment is made. Ordering prints has no influence on judging or competition outcomes.

6. Use of Artwork
Submitted works will be used solely for judging, administration, and promotion of this competition and its outcomes.
No submitted work will be reproduced or produced unless ordered by the entrant via the optional printing service.
Copyright remains with the artist.

7. Prize
One winner will receive a $500 print voucher from inc.
The voucher is non-transferable and may be used for print services as offered by inc.

8. Notification
The selected winner will be notified via email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the panel reserves the right to select an alternative entry.

9. Liability
The organisers are not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted submissions or technical issues affecting entry.

10. General
inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
